Directions to La Borie en Provence

Finding us is extremely easy.
Below are Directions to Gordes:

When you enter Gordes, follow the road until you see the castle. Continue on the road to the north for a couple more minutes and you will see a sign indicating "La Borie". The house will be on the left side of the road.

If you are driving


Gordes is only 15 minutes away from the Highway A7, also called "sun highway" or autoroute du soleil.
Coming from Paris/Lyon, Exit the highway at Avignon-Sud, take the Directions of Apt, then at the crossroads of Coustellet, take the Direction of Gordes.
Coming from the south (Aix or Marseille), exit the highway at Cavaillon, take the Direction of Apt, then at the crossroads of Coustellet, take the Direction of Gordes.

If you are flying


You can choose between 2 airports if you are flying to Gordes.
The closest is the airport of Avignon-Caumont (30 km), it is a relatively small airport but 2 flights are scheduled daily from Paris or Lyon.
The other option is the airport of Marseille-Provence (80 km), which offers flights to and from every major European city all day long. From here there is a shuttle to and from Paris, leaving every hour.
Once in either Marseille or Avignon, we recommend that you rent a car to be able to visit the entire region of the Luberon.

If you arrive by train


If you are traveling by train, Avignon is just 2 hours and 40 minutes from Paris using the Bullet Train (TGV). From the Station take the Directions of Apt, Coustellet and finally Gordes.
